Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our field team as a Mitra Program Penawaran Denda in Kutacane. This role focuses on engaging with consumers who have outstanding fines and offering them practical payment or settlement solutions. The successful candidate will act as the face of our organization, building trust with customers while driving collection targets in a dynamic, field‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact consumers who have already settled other obligations but still hold outstanding penalties.
- Present clear and compelling payment or settlement offers, explaining terms, deadlines, and any applicable discounts.
- Negotiate payment plans that align with both customer capacity and company targets, ensuring a win‑win outcome.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction, update the central CRM system, and generate daily activity reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the finance department to verify receipt of payments and close accounts promptly.
- Conduct field visits across Kutacane and surrounding districts, adhering to scheduled routes and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback on common customer objections and suggest improvements to the collection strategy.
- Participate in weekly briefing sessions to align with team goals and share best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), SMK, or equivalent.
- Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle license (SIM C) and own motorcycle for field travel.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a relentless “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Resilience and physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions.

- Basic knowledge of debt collection processes and customer service etiquette.
