Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketing Sales Officer to join our growing team of IT solutions professionals. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, promoting our cutting‑edge ERP and internet‑based products through outbound calls and follow‑up activities. The successful candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a passion for technology, helping our customers understand how our solutions can streamline their business processes.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Contact potential clients via telephone, presenting product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Prepare and send customized product proposals that address client needs.
- Schedule and coordinate face‑to‑face or virtual product demonstrations and meetings.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, including call logs, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the ERP and internet services space.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or Diploma (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or marketing is preferred, but recent graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Interest in information technology, internet services, and ERP solutions.
- Ability to work under target‑driven conditions, showing discipline, persistence, and adaptability to change.
- Willingness to be placed at any of our branch offices: PIK, Gajah Mada, Kelapa Gading, or Cilandak.
- Proficiency in basic database and sales administration tools, with quick adaptation to new software.
