Introduction

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Strategic Planning and Business Development Strategist to join our dynamic team. This role sits at the intersection of insight, creativity, and business growth, driving the strategic foundation for high‑impact campaigns and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor’s degree, possesses a minimum of two years of experience in a creative, digital, or advertising agency, and demonstrates a passion for turning data‑driven insights into compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic thinking process for client campaigns, uncovering deep audience, cultural, and market insights that shape communication approaches.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks and messaging architectures that guide creative teams toward solutions that solve client challenges.
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable creative briefs, campaign narratives, and brand positioning statements.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, account managers, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of ideas from concept to launch.
  • Design and deliver persuasive presentations and decks that effectively communicate strategy to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Manage multiple brand portfolios and overlapping campaign timelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and on‑time delivery.
  • Balance quantitative data with qualitative cultural observations, fostering an insight‑driven yet creatively bold environment.
  • Mentor junior strategists and contribute to a culture of collaborative, critical, and innovative thinking.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in a creative, digital, or advertising agency setting.
  • Core Skills: Strategic branding, campaign management, collaborative problem‑solving, critical and creative thinking, and strong observational abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks, conduct audience and market research, and craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and deck‑building capabilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital culture, and modern brand communication.
