Introduction
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Professional Therapist (Hair & Beauty) to join our vibrant salon team in Madiun. Responsibilities
- Perform precision hair cutting, styling, and trimming using both scissor and razor techniques.
- Execute a full range of coloring services, including highlights, balayage, full color, and corrective color work.
- Provide smoothing, keratin, and cream‑bath treatments to improve hair texture and health.
- Conduct hair spa and deep‑conditioning sessions that enhance scalp circulation and client relaxation.
- Offer personalized beauty consultations, recommending styles, colors, and treatments that suit each client’s facial features and lifestyle.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow stylists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous learning and training.
- Handle client records accurately, including service history and product preferences.
- Uphold the salon’s standards of professionalism, honesty, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Female (gender requirement as specified by the employer).
- Minimum of 3 months proven experience in hair cutting, coloring, smoothing, cream‑bath, hair spa, and related services.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of hair structure, product application, and safety protocols.
- Excellent physical health and mental resilience to handle long standing periods and active client interaction.
- Soft skills: diligence, honesty, hard‑working attitude, discipline, cleanliness, and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously improve technical and consultative skills.
