Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring each visitor feels valued.
- Present product features and benefits clearly, tailoring recommendations to meet individual customer needs.
- Proactively invite passersby into the store, using persuasive communication techniques to increase footfall.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross‑selling strategies.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display that aligns with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues on the spot, and forward complex concerns to the store manager.
- Accurately record sales transactions, maintain inventory logs, and report key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with fellow sales staff and management to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study to stay ahead of market trends.
- Adhere to the store’s operating hours (Monday‑Sunday, 10:00 – 22:00) and maintain punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 28 years (maximum 28 years).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, promotion, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Polished appearance and a professional grooming standard.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work under sales targets.
- Basic competency in retail sales management and inventory handling.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
