Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Staff Outlet – Penanggung Jawab Dukun. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations at our outlet, providing excellent customer experiences, and maintaining a well‑organized store environment. The ideal candidate will be a charismatic, honest, and self‑motivated professional who thrives both independently and within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

The Staff Outlet will be entrusted with a variety of duties that keep the outlet running efficiently. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers warmly, address inquiries, and promote store products and services.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are stocked, tidy, and attractively presented.
  • Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing daily sales reports, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols, including loss‑prevention measures and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, product performance, and operational challenges.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: 18‑26 years old and single.
  • Appearance: Professional and presentable, reflecting a positive brand image.
  • Integrity: Honest, responsible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Work Eligibility: Not currently enrolled in any educational institution and not bound by another employer.
  • Residence: Preferably living near the outlet for easy commute.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of store management systems, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, problem‑solving aptitude, and adaptability to a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
