To maintain our high standards of service and hospitality, we are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Service Staff (Waiter/Waitress) who can represent our brand with a smile and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escorting them to their tables while presenting menus.
- Provide detailed explanations of menu items, including daily specials, dietary options, and beverage pairings.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, addressing additional requests, and checking guest satisfaction.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit cards, and issue receipts with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and resetting stations between seatings.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow service team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings, offering feedback to improve operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Ngantjuk or surrounding area.
- Appearance: Clean, neat, and presentable with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience: Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not mandatory; we value a strong willingness to learn.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; proficiency in taking orders, handling cash, and using POS systems.
- Personal Traits: Honest, reliable, team‑oriented, and able to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
