Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Pengembangan Bisnis to lead the daily operations of our fast‑growing food & beverage portfolio. This pivotal role blends strategic business development with hands‑on operational oversight, ensuring that our BAR, CAFE, BISTRO, and DINING concepts deliver outstanding guest experiences while achieving aggressive growth targets. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day operational activities of multiple dining outlets, ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and service excellence.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase foot traffic, average check size, and overall market share.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a cross‑functional team of supervisors, chefs, and front‑of‑house staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor cost, food cost, sales per seat, and customer satisfaction scores; take corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate with procurement and supply‑chain partners to ensure optimal inventory levels, negotiate favorable terms, and reduce waste.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Drive promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and partnership initiatives with local vendors to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health & safety protocols and conducting regular staff training.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to align operational expenses with revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, resolving complaints promptly and turning them into opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a manager in a similar environment, preferably within BAR, CAFE, BISTRO, or DINING operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak clearly and motivate team members.
- Demonstrated honesty, firmness, and discipline, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make data‑driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, POS systems) and familiar with KPI dashboards.
- Flexible to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
