Introduction
JNT Logistics is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team in Dumai, Riau as Sprinter/Kurir Motor. In this role, you will be the front‑line representative of our delivery network, ensuring that parcels and cargo reach customers safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This full‑time position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00, and is ideal for candidates who enjoy a dynamic, outdoor work environment and have a passion for providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods on a personal motorbike to designated destinations while adhering to all traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct a thorough pre‑delivery inspection of each order, confirming item counts, package integrity, and documentation before departure.
- Perform post‑delivery checks, ensuring that customers receive the correct items in perfect condition and obtaining any required signatures or electronic confirmations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of parcels at the warehouse or drop‑off points, using proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and product damage.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of routes, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents, then submit timely reports through the company’s mobile application.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers and customers regarding any delays, route changes, or special handling instructions.
- Keep the motorbike in excellent mechanical condition, performing routine checks on brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels.
- Provide courteous, clear, and professional interaction with customers, representing the JNT brand positively at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 50 years; no upper age limit beyond the maximum.
- All genders are welcome.
- Own a well‑maintained motorbike (minimum 150 cc) with a valid motorcycle license.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the JNT delivery app.
- Reside within the designated delivery area or be willing to relocate accordingly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking style.
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and a customer‑first attitude.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash‑on‑delivery (if required) and completing delivery documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing route demands.
