Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
- Assist the finance department in month‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and ledger postings.
- Prepare regular administrative reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Coordinate internal and external correspondence, handling phone calls, emails, and document distribution.
- Organize and archive company records, both physical and digital, in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding documentation, attendance tracking, and employee data maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of information and resolve any data‑related issues promptly.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- Age limit: maximum 24 years old; however, all gender identities are welcome.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in administrative or finance support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to work with numbers, logical analysis, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Resident of Malang with a valid KTP (identity card) and domicile certificate.
- Personal attributes: disciplined, meticulous, responsive, highly initiative‑driven, quick‑thinking, and in good physical and mental health.
