As a Guru Bidang Studi, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality instruction to students ranging from elementary school (SD) to senior high school (SMA) across a broad spectrum of subjects. Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with national curriculum standards for subjects such as Mathematics, Science, Bahasa Indonesia, English, Social Studies, Economics, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Develop individualized learning strategies to support diverse learners, including remedial instruction and enrichment for advanced students.
- Prepare comprehensive grade reports, progress summaries, and parent‑teacher conference materials.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to design interdisciplinary projects and school‑wide initiatives.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, field trips, and community service projects that complement classroom learning.
- Uphold school policies, maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, and serve as a role model for students.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; degrees in education or the specific subject area are highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience (3 years preferred for non‑linear subjects).
- Strong command of the subject matter and proven ability to apply modern pedagogical methods.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday‑Saturday, 12:00 – 20:00.
- Good health, non‑smoker, and adherence to the company’s professional code of conduct.
- Must be a practicing Muslim/Muslimah, respecting the cultural values of the institution.
