Responsibilities
The Card Loan Officer will play a pivotal role in driving loan acquisition and ensuring excellent customer service. Core duties include:
- Identifying and prospecting potential loan customers through cold calls, networking events, and referrals.
- Conducting comprehensive needs analyses to match clients with appropriate card loan products.
- Maintaining and nurturing long‑term relationships with existing borrowers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participating in regular training sessions, achieving certification targets, and applying new knowledge to improve sales performance.
- Preparing accurate loan applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with underwriting, risk, and marketing teams to streamline the loan approval process.
- Generating weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as new accounts opened, loan volume, and collection rates.
- Providing timely assistance and problem‑solving support to customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications and possess the soft skills necessary for success in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or S1 is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, SPG/SPB, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and proportional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse client groups.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with banking software is advantageous.
- Open to candidates who are currently enrolled in university and can work on a part‑time or online basis.
