We are seeking a motivated Sales Motorist to join our dynamic team in the thriving market of Lubuk Linggau. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who possess a personal motorcycle, a valid SIM C, and a passion for driving sales growth in the local community. As a Sales Motorist, you will act as the face of our brand, delivering products and services directly to customers while building strong, lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Travel across the Lubuk Linggau region on a personal motorcycle to visit existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking within the assigned territory.
- Present product catalogs, demonstrate features, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability and adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, sales logs, and customer data using a smartphone or Android device.
- Coordinate with the central sales office for order processing, inventory checks, and after‑sales support.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to team targets.
- Ensure proper handling and safe delivery of products, adhering to company safety standards.
- Uphold the company’s reputation through professional conduct, punctuality, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C.
- Strong desire and commitment to a career in sales.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones, tablets, and basic office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily travel schedules.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
