Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products to customers visiting partner outlets.
- Demonstrate product features, explain financing terms, and guide customers through the application and payment process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to access digital tools, capture leads, and record transaction data in real‑time.
- Create and share engaging social‑media content that highlights Home Credit offers, seasonal promotions, and success stories.
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable service, answering inquiries and resolving any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workstation that reflects the Home Credit brand standards.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and fellow crew members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
- Report daily sales figures, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior retail or sales experience are preferred.
