Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with team members across shifts to guarantee seamless operations during both morning and evening periods.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, service standards, and company policies.
- Support promotional activities and special events by preparing display materials and ensuring product availability.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by adhering to the scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and being flexible for shift changes when needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
