Introduction
The Floor Operations Supervisor – Pengelola Layanan Lantai is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily operations within our hospitality and food‑service environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor oversees all floor‑level activities, from guest service delivery to coordination with kitchen staff, guaranteeing that every patron experiences a clean, welcoming, and efficiently run venue. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of floor staff, including waitstaff, busser, and cleaning personnel, to ensure timely and courteous service.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the dining area to monitor cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Train new hires on service standards, proper table settings, and the use of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar managers to synchronize order flow, manage peak‑hour traffic, and minimize service delays.
- Prepare shift schedules, monitor attendance, and approve overtime while maintaining labor cost efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of floor supplies (linens, glassware, cleaning materials) and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, conducting periodic audits and corrective actions.
- Generate daily performance reports, tracking key metrics such as table turnover, guest satisfaction scores, and staff productivity.
- Foster a positive team culture by recognizing outstanding performance, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least 0‑2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role within hospitality, restaurant, or similar service‑focused environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is preferred.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and accountability.
- Proven capability to perform under high‑pressure situations, especially during peak service periods.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper handling, presentation, and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
