Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Jaminan BPKB Mobil & Motor in Tangerang Selatan. This position focuses on expanding our agency network, recruiting high‑performing agents, and driving sales of vehicle registration guarantee services. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets in a fast‑moving automotive market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through the expansion of the agency network.
- Identify, approach, and recruit qualified agents (second‑party partners) who align with the company’s brand values and sales objectives.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing agents, providing continuous support, training, and performance feedback to boost loyalty and productivity.
- Coach agents on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices to increase the number of end‑customers served.
- Monitor market trends in the automotive registration and insurance sectors, adjusting tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare regular reports on agency performance, pipeline health, and sales forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns and timely delivery of services.
- Utilize personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license to travel across Tangerang Selatan and surrounding regions for meetings, training sessions, and on‑site inspections.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 preferred for fresh graduates.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably within the automotive or insurance industry.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and an active driver’s license (SIM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of discipline, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently under target‑driven conditions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and making data‑driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work standard office hours (08:00 – 17:00) with occasional travel as required.
