Introduction

PT Innovative Solutions Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Senior Team Leader – Operations & Project Management to spearhead the daily activities of our retail and digital‑commerce divisions. This senior‑level position reports directly to the Operations Director and plays a pivotal role in aligning store operations, project delivery, and cross‑functional teamwork with the company’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will blend strong leadership instincts with a keen eye for operational efficiency, ensuring that both physical stores and online platforms run smoothly, meet performance targets, and continuously adapt to evolving market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of store managers, supervisors, and project coordinators to achieve daily sales, service, and inventory targets.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and brand standards.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from scope definition and resource planning to execution, testing, and post‑implementation review.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing and IT departments to integrate new e‑commerce features, promotional campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives.
  • Analyze operational metrics (e.g., foot traffic, conversion rates, stock turnover) and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Mentor and coach junior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operational health, project status, and budget adherence.
  • Maintain a responsive presence on the floor during peak hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) to resolve issues promptly and support team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a strong plus.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old (for leadership track) and up to 25 years old (for creative/digital support roles).
  • At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in retail operations, project management, or team leadership.
  • Demonstrated high motivation, resilience, and a “can‑do” attitude (often described locally as “juur”).
  • Strong leadership qualities with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
  • Creative mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Fast‑response orientation, able to make decisions quickly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in operational management tools, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and MS Office suite.
