Introduction

The Head Dealer Representative (HI) for Banjarmasin, Kalimantan is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving market penetration, strengthening dealer networks, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, the incumbent will act as the strategic bridge between the corporate headquarters and local dealer partners, ensuring that brand standards, sales objectives, and customer satisfaction metrics are consistently met across the region.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, results‑oriented professional with a strong background in affiliate marketing, partnership development, and sales management. Candidates must be able to travel frequently within the region, engage with government bodies, educational institutions, NGOs, and maintain a visible, professional presence in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and continuously refine marketing programs that boost dealer sales performance and maximize overall company revenue.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with existing dealers while actively recruiting new high‑potential partners to broaden market coverage.
  • Oversee the entire dealer network development lifecycle: strategic planning, selection criteria, onboarding training, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain an accurate master data repository for all dealer information, ensuring compliance with corporate data‑governance standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for external stakeholders—including government agencies, community groups, educational institutions, and NGOs—responding promptly to inquiries and cultivating collaborative initiatives that support regional targets.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable business plans.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with dealer partners, providing coaching, feedback, and incentives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, and product development) to align dealer activities with broader corporate strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies, including safe driving standards (SIM A) and professional appearance guidelines.
  • Manage a weekly schedule that includes field visits, dealer workshops, stakeholder meetings, and reporting duties, adhering to a Monday‑Saturday work calendar (08:00‑16:00).

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or sales, preferably within the automotive or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) and a clean driving record; willingness to travel extensively across Kalimantan.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor; the role requires a presentable, non‑hijab look as per company branding guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects, deadlines, and data‑driven reporting simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM and dealer‑management software, along with solid Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Age limit: maximum 29 years at the time of application.
