Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly, courteous attitude, ensuring quick and accurate order taking.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, supporting kitchen staff during peak periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, dining area, and service stations in accordance with local health regulations.
  • Help the cashier with order processing, including packing take‑away meals and handling payment transactions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to keep the outlet running smoothly, from opening set‑up to closing duties.
  • Monitor inventory levels of disposable items (napkins, utensils, condiments) and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, safety protocols, and service standards.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and operational bottlenecks to help improve overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years (candidates up to 45 years are welcome).
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Willingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 15 kg).

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant hygiene is advantageous but not mandatory.
