Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staf Penagihan Lapangan – Sungai Rumbai to join our growing field collection team. This role is critical to maintaining strong cash‑flow cycles and ensuring that our clients receive timely, professional service in the Sungai Rumbai area. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a keen eye for detail, capable of navigating the local terrain while building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers and business partners to collect outstanding payments, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Verify payment receipts, update the accounting system, and reconcile daily collection reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of customer interactions, payment promises, and any disputes that arise, ensuring accurate follow‑up.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and improve collection efficiency.
- Utilize a personal motorbike and a valid SIM C to travel across the Sungai Rumbai region, managing routes to maximize coverage while respecting safety guidelines.
- Identify patterns of late payment and propose actionable strategies to reduce delinquency rates.
- Provide regular status updates to supervisors, highlighting challenges, successes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner, reinforcing brand reputation during each field interaction.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on collection techniques, regulatory compliance, and customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Active SIM C (motorcycle license) is mandatory.
- Own a reliable motorbike to perform field duties.
- Fresh graduate or candidate with relevant experience (0+ years).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Basic numeracy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
