Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operations and Stock Management Staff (Staf Operasional Gudang dan Pengelolaan Stok) to join our dynamic logistics team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition, and properly record all receipt information in the inventory system.
- Organize, label, and store products in designated locations, adhering to safety standards and optimal space utilization.
- Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring that each shipment meets quality and timeliness requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, identify low‑stock situations, and coordinate with procurement to trigger replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free warehouse environment by following housekeeping and safety protocols.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory movements, discrepancies, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics, sales, and customer service teams to resolve order issues and improve overall service.
- Assist in the implementation of new warehouse technologies, such as barcode scanners or warehouse management software.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki)
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates or individuals with 0+ years of experience are welcome.
- Strong teamwork orientation – comfortable working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- High integrity: honest, responsible, and trustworthy in handling inventory and company assets.
- Proactive and agile: quick to act, diligent, and not prone to procrastination.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving warehouse tools and procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to adapt to technology (Adaptasi Teknologi).
