Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Pengambilan Order to join our dynamic team in Denpasar. This role focuses on field sales activities, including order taking, customer canvassing, and delivering excellent service to our expanding client base. As the face of the company on the road, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring timely order fulfillment across the Bali market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits and engage with potential and existing customers to promote our product portfolio.
- Take customer orders accurately, enter them into the system, and coordinate with the logistics team for on‑time delivery.
- Maintain a daily route plan, ensuring coverage of assigned territories while adhering to the Monday‑Saturday work schedule.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing product information, pricing details, and after‑sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the organization.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports, including sales performance, market feedback, and competitor observations.
- Ensure proper handling of company‑provided promotional materials and maintain a professional appearance (good grooming) at all times.
- Utilize a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C to travel safely and efficiently between customer locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to resolve issues and improve the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and local market conditions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, motorist canvassing, or order‑taking roles.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle and hold an active SIM C driving license.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong grooming standards and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with mobile sales applications and Microsoft Office tools.
