We are looking for a reliable Kurir Pengiriman Barang dan Dokumen to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will be the frontline ambassador of Es Bonang, ensuring that our signature frozen desserts travel from the production warehouse to retail outlets while preserving their cold‑chain integrity, visual appeal, and taste. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working on the road, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional product experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Pengecekan Pesanan: Verify that each order contains the correct number of cups, straws, and spoons according to the delivery note before departure.
- Manajemen Suhu (Cold Chain): Pack all products in insulated cooler bags or temperature‑controlled boxes and monitor temperature throughout the journey to prevent milk from spoiling and jackfruit from melting.
- Pengiriman Tepat Waktu: Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS navigation, taking into account traffic patterns, peak delivery windows, and store opening hours.
- Pemeliharaan Kendaraan: Keep the motorbike and delivery equipment clean, perform basic pre‑trip checks, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Customer Interaction: Greet outlet staff courteously, confirm receipt of goods, and address any immediate concerns regarding product condition.
- Documentation: Complete daily delivery logs, record temperature readings, and submit electronic proof of delivery via the company app.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest route optimisations, packaging enhancements, or process adjustments to senior management based on field experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically fit.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional courier or delivery experience, preferably in food‑service or cold‑chain logistics.
- Vehicle: Own a motorbike with a valid, active SIM (driver’s license).
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local UMKM delivery area and ability to navigate efficiently.
- Soft Skills: Strong time‑management, clear communication, honesty, punctuality, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone equipped with GPS, delivery apps, and basic data entry.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 15 kg and handling frequent loading/unloading of cooler bags.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 09:00 – 19:30, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak seasons.
