Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Hub Kontrol Inventaris professional to join our logistics team in Jakarta Timur. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate inventory management, temperature control, and compliance with inbound and outbound processes within our distribution hub serving the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. This full‑time position operates on a shift basis and offers an opportunity to develop expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) while contributing to the efficiency of a fast‑growing supply‑chain operation.
Responsibilities
- Verify the consistency between the surat jalan (delivery documents) and the physical goods received, ensuring that every item is correctly accounted for.
- Conduct regular temperature checks on freezers and chillers, recording results twice per shift and promptly reporting any deviations.
- Cross‑check sales orders (SO) with physical inventory during inbound processing to prevent mismatches and stock discrepancies.
- Document instances of over‑receipts, bad stock, or shortages, providing clear reports for corrective action.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and flag any items that cannot be accepted.
- Organize inventory using FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) methodologies to optimize product rotation and reduce waste.
- Measure and log temperature readings at the start and end of each shift, ensuring compliance with food‑safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of disposal activities, including the destruction of bad stock, and ensure proper documentation is filed.
- Support shift handovers by communicating any issues, pending tasks, or equipment concerns to the incoming team.
- Assist in periodic internal audits and support continuous‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and operational safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or a related logistics role.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Jabodetabek area and work on rotating shifts (including night shifts as needed).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly to supervisors and teammates.
- Highly detail‑oriented, capable of following instructions precisely and maintaining accurate records.
- Physical agility and stamina to handle manual tasks such as moving pallets, checking temperature devices, and performing disposal procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
