Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner – Pengelola Strategi Produk to join our fast‑growing digital finance team. In this role you will be the visionary bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and end‑users, shaping the roadmap of our fintech and mobile‑banking solutions. The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge financial products such as QRIS payments, digital onboarding, and lifestyle‑focused debit card features.
Responsibilities
- Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile‑banking and fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, developers, and compliance officers to translate market and user research into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog using value, urgency, effort, and risk assessments, ensuring that the most impactful features are delivered first.
- Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions in an Agile environment, fostering transparency and rapid feedback loops.
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from initial concept, requirement gathering, and prototype testing to development, release, and post‑launch performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analyses to keep the product suite aligned with emerging trends in fintech, digital payments, and customer experience.
- Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Utilize product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Figma to maintain up‑to‑date documentation, roadmaps, and visual designs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user metrics, generating insights that drive iterative improvements and feature enhancements.
- Act as the product evangelist, delivering compelling presentations and demos to internal teams, executives, and external partners.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst on digital products, preferably in fintech or mobile banking.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile Scrum/Kanban, and end‑to‑end product development processes.
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with onboarding flows, digital payments, QRIS, fund transfers, debit‑card lifecycle, and lifestyle‑oriented features.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to craft clear BRDs/PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Analytical Ability: Skilled at gathering user and business requirements, converting them into prioritized backlog items using value‑effort‑risk matrices.
- Soft Skills: Empathy‑driven mindset, excellent communication, strong collaboration, and proactive problem‑solving across Business, IT, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and other product‑management or design tools.
- Personal Attributes: Adaptability to fast‑changing environments, detail‑oriented, and a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.
- Other Requirements: Age ≤ 35 years; gender inclusive; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
