Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our product portfolio across both online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic adjustments.
- Manage social media accounts, email newsletters, and promotional events, ensuring timely delivery and measurable ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion, reach, and engagement.
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for marketing initiatives, tracking expenditures against forecasted budgets.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and support retail partners with point‑of‑sale materials.
- Maintain the store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) to ensure accurate inventory data supports promotional planning.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to negotiate favorable contracts.
- Mentor junior marketing staff, sharing best practices and encouraging professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger; must be single and not married.

- At least one year of relevant work experience in marketing, sales support, or retail management.
- Strong work ethic: diligent, honest, quick‑learning, and highly responsible.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with store management systems and inventory tracking.
- Submission documents: cover letter, updated CV, photocopy of ID (KTP/KK), photocopy of the latest diploma, and a recent 3 × 4 cm passport‑style photo.
