As a key member of our delivery network, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly, safely, and with the highest level of service quality. Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from our central hub and deliver them to designated residential or commercial addresses within the assigned zone.
- Verify that each package is sealed, properly labeled, and in perfect condition before departure.
- Utilize Google Maps or the company’s routing application to plan the most efficient delivery routes, taking traffic patterns and delivery windows into account.
- Obtain recipient signatures or digital confirmations upon successful delivery, following the standard operating procedures.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as traffic jams, road closures, or address discrepancies—to the dispatcher immediately.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update the system in real time using a compatible Android smartphone.
- Ensure personal safety and the security of the cargo by adhering to traffic regulations and company safety guidelines.
- Assist with occasional on‑site pickup requests, returns processing, and basic customer inquiries.
- Participate in regular briefings and training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new delivery technologies and service standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and active vehicle registration (STNK).
- Own a functional Android smartphone meeting the minimum OS requirements for our operational app.
- Clean appearance: no tattoos or piercings visible during work hours.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the North Jakarta area, especially the Kapuk Muara hub.
- Good communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian and the ability to read addresses and delivery instructions clearly.
- Physical fitness to load and unload parcels safely and handle the demands of a full‑day riding schedule.
