Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Sampang Region to join our dynamic FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on direct customer interaction, have a passion for sales, and are eager to grow their career within a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing orders, expanding product coverage, and ensuring that our brand maintains a strong presence across the Sampang market.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets, traditional stores, and modern trade channels to present product portfolios and secure order placements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, distributors, and key decision‑makers to increase brand loyalty.
  • Execute daily sales plans, meet or exceed individual order targets, and report achievements to the regional sales manager.
  • Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and promotional terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, order confirmations, and inventory levels using a smartphone or tablet.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.
  • Ensure proper handling of promotional materials, point‑of‑sale displays, and merchandising standards.
  • Travel within the designated Sampang territory, adhering to the established work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
  • Provide post‑sale support, address customer queries, and coordinate with logistics to guarantee timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Residency within or near the Sampang area and willingness to cover the entire assigned territory.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG sales, direct sales, or canvassing roles.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered if they demonstrate strong sales potential.
  • Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving licence.
  • Proficient in operating Android smartphones, tablets, and basic sales applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong analytical mindset to assess competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
  • High level of self‑motivation, discipline, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
