We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Motoris to join our dynamic team covering the Semarang city area and the surrounding Kabupaten Semarang (Ungaran, Bawen). This role is perfect for recent high‑school graduates or individuals with a strong passion for sales who are eager to start a career on the road, building relationships with motorcycle dealers, retailers, and end‑customers. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with opportunities for travel and on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑growing automotive market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new motorcycle dealers, retail outlets, and fleet customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits on a motorbike, presenting product catalogs, promotional offers, and financing options.
- Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and ensure proper documentation and order entry in the company’s CRM system.
- Provide after‑sales support, including warranty assistance, parts ordering, and follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a daily activity report, sales pipeline, and forecast to the regional sales manager.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and suggest strategies to improve market penetration.
- Attend product training sessions, roadshows, and trade fairs as required to stay updated on the latest models and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local traffic laws while on the road.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly.
- Passion for sales and a willingness to learn; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Own a motorcycle and be willing to obtain a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license) if not already possessed.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Semarang and Kabupaten Semarang, including occasional overnight stays.
- Basic negotiation and problem‑solving abilities; a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the regional sales team.
