We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic Production (Bubut) to join our skilled workforce. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule, with opportunities to work across our nationwide network of facilities.
The successful candidate will operate and maintain turning machines (bubut) within a fast‑paced production environment, ensuring high‑quality output and minimal downtime. Responsibilities
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and manual turning machines to produce automotive parts according to engineering drawings.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on bubut equipment to prevent production interruptions.
- Read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and work orders, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards.
- Collaborate with the production supervisor and quality control team to identify and resolve any deviations or defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to all company safety protocols and ISO‑9001 guidelines.
- Document machine settings, maintenance activities, and production logs in the company’s ERP system.
- Assist junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance on proper machine operation and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMK with a focus on Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Gender: Male (as per operational policy).
- Age: 28 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience operating turning (bubut) machines in a production setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Proficiency in machine maintenance, including lubrication, part replacement, and alignment.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, such as shock absorber replacement and light‑vehicle maintenance, is an advantage.
- Willingness to be assigned or rolled‑out to any Jantrakakikaki branch nationwide.
- Commitment to a work schedule of 07:50 – 16:00, Monday through Saturday.
