Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Store Manager – Senior Regional to lead one of our flagship bakery and pastry outlets. This senior‑level position reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and is responsible for driving sales, optimizing operations, and developing a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, has at least three years of proven store‑management experience in the bakery or pastry industry, and demonstrates strong leadership, analytical, and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational activities of the outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local legislation.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across B2B, B2C, and retail channels by implementing effective merchandising, promotional, and pricing strategies.
  • Recruit, coach, mentor, and evaluate outlet staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement.
  • Monitor inventory levels, control waste, and manage product expulsion to maintain optimal stock turnover and profitability.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly performance reports covering sales, production targets, waste metrics, and staff productivity.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop action plans, and execute initiatives that boost outlet performance and market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, local authorities, and community partners to safeguard the outlet’s reputation and operational stability.
  • Handle all administrative duties related to outlet reporting, including POS data reconciliation, expense tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Drive customer‑service excellence by training staff on service standards, handling escalated issues, and ensuring an exceptional in‑store experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1); preferred fields include Hospitality, Business Management, Communication, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the bakery, pastry, or broader food‑service sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and achieve operational and sales goals in a goal‑oriented environment.
  • Strong command of operational management, inventory control, and customer‑service principles.
  • Proven talent for building, motivating, and coaching high‑performing teams.
  • Solid knowledge of B2B sales programs, retail POS systems, and basic financial statements.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 16:00, with occasional weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
