This role offers a flexible, part‑time schedule with a competitive honorarium of IDR 45,000 per 90‑minute session. Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the national SMA curriculum for Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal feedback, adapting instruction to individual learning styles.
- Maintain punctuality and professional conduct, ensuring each 90‑minute session starts and ends on time.
- Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians about performance, areas for improvement, and upcoming topics.
- Collaborate with the BCC coordination team to schedule sessions, update teaching materials, and share best practices.
- Participate in periodic training or briefing sessions to stay current with pedagogical methods and curriculum changes.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.

- Ability to teach high‑school level content in Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry with confidence.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English proficiency.
