Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Operasional Food & Beverage to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role is pivotal in delivering an authentic fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine while ensuring seamless daily operations across our food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and catering services, ensuring smooth workflow from opening to closing.
- Supervise and schedule front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, maintaining optimal staffing levels to meet guest demand.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverage, and supplies; place orders and manage relationships with vendors to guarantee quality and cost‑effectiveness.
- Implement and uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Assist the executive chef in menu planning, ensuring the authentic fusion of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors is consistently represented.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, including sales, labor costs, and waste management.
- Coordinate with the finance department for accurate billing, service charge distribution, and payroll processing.
- Lead training sessions on service standards, product knowledge (including wine and beverage selections), and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote special events, themed nights, and seasonal menus.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in food & beverage operations or hospitality management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and service excellence standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS systems).
- Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Passion for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, with a willingness to continuously learn about new trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a schedule of 08:00 – 17:00.
