Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Freelance Facilitator to join our team in the Kota Tangerang area. This part‑time role is ideal for recent graduates, current university students, or professionals who enjoy working with children and have a passion for education and community engagement. The position offers a flexible weekend schedule, allowing you to balance studies or other commitments while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in facilitation, public speaking, and event management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate interactive learning and recreational activities for children aged 5‑12 during weekend sessions.
- Develop age‑appropriate lesson plans, activity kits, and instructional materials that align with educational standards and the client’s objectives.
- Engage participants through dynamic public speaking, ensuring clear communication and a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to understand children’s needs and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom setting, enforcing safety protocols and handling any minor incidents promptly.
- Act as a Master of Ceremonies (MC) for special events, workshops, and community gatherings when required.
- Track attendance, prepare daily reports, and provide feedback to the program manager for continuous improvement.
- Utilize personal transportation to travel to assigned locations across Jabodetabek and Karawang, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and support staff to share best practices and maintain program consistency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; current university students are also encouraged to apply.
- Age: 30 years or younger; female candidates are preferred for this specific posting.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating children’s activities is highly desirable.
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
- Prior experience as an MC or event host is a strong plus.
- Own reliable motor vehicle or car for commuting to various work sites.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays, with a maximum of 4 hours per day.
- Residency in the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area or Karawang, with placement aligned to the applicant’s domicile.
- Strong organizational abilities, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
