Introduction

Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to Home Credit customers in Bekasi and surrounding neighborhoods, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Inform customers about overdue payments, clearly explain payment terms, and negotiate realistic repayment plans.
- Assist customers in processing payments on‑site, including cash, electronic transfers, and voucher transactions, while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of each visit, payment status, and customer feedback using Home Credit’s mobile reporting tools.
- Identify potential risk accounts, report early warning signs to the collection supervisor, and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with the internal credit and legal teams when disputes arise, providing necessary evidence and follow‑up.
- Ensure the safety and proper maintenance of the company‑issued motorcycle, including routine checks and fuel management.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, regulatory changes, and collection best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; applicants of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in field collection, loan recovery, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Transportation: Own a valid motorcycle and an active SIM C driving licence.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Bekasi area and its neighborhoods.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional Documentation (for experienced candidates): Provide a work reference letter, employment certificate (paklaring), or any document that verifies prior collection experience.
