Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Assistant – Employee Relations Support to join our dynamic HR team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, including BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan data, in the HR information system.
- Generate and submit regular reports for WLKP (Workplace Safety) and TKA (Foreign Worker) compliance, adhering to government timelines.
- Support the HR team in organizing onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and employee engagement events.
- Provide basic administrative assistance for employee relations cases, such as documenting incidents, tracking resolutions, and preparing summary reports.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) to analyze HR metrics and produce clear, actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile payroll entries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal queries related to HR policies, benefits enrollment, and procedural guidance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements based on observed inefficiencies.
- Leverage basic English and Mandarin language skills to assist multinational staff and support cross‑cultural communication when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline preferred.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, data analysis).
- Basic understanding of payroll calculations and statutory deductions.
- Experience or familiarity with managing BPJS health and employment data.
- Ability to prepare and submit WLKP and TKA reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Effective communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus, and Mandarin knowledge is an added advantage.
