Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, cold brews, specialty teas, and seasonal creations, following company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain an immaculate workstation by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and accurately manage the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, teas, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate reorder needs to the shift supervisor.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service by answering customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, and customizing orders to meet individual preferences.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during peak periods, ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing customer wait times.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper storage, handling, and documentation of ingredients.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, brewing techniques, and emerging industry trends.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment shut‑down, and securing the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma, SMK, or equivalent.

- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer‑service role is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

- Proven capability to perform well under pressure, especially during high‑traffic periods.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
