Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team throughout the vehicle sales process, including document preparation, order tracking, and customer follow‑up.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports that highlight key performance indicators, trends, and deviations from targets.
- Record and continuously monitor the achievement of sales targets for each salesperson, alerting management to potential shortfalls or opportunities for improvement.
- Compile detailed marketing and sales activity summaries for senior management, ensuring data is presented in a clear, actionable format.
- Assist in basic data analysis, interpreting sales figures and marketing campaign results to support strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all leads, contacts, and transaction records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Coordinate with finance and logistics departments to verify vehicle availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional events, test‑drive appointments, and dealer meetings by handling logistics and documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the sales administration workflow and propose efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales administration, automotive marketing, or a comparable role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic data‑analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
