As a Business Officer, you will be the face of our brand in the community, responsible for identifying new loan prospects, evaluating their creditworthiness, and ensuring timely repayment collections. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new loan customers in accordance with the company’s business plan and sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of prospective borrowers, including character analysis, financial capability, and repayment capacity.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, credit evaluations, and loan agreements using the organization’s CRM system.
  • Monitor loan performance, manage installment collection schedules, and follow up on overdue payments with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide on‑site support to clients, answering product‑related queries and guiding them through the application process.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop localized marketing strategies and community outreach programs.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance metrics, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to articulate complex financial concepts in simple terms.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and discipline; meticulous attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude; comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Possession of a reliable personal vehicle is required for travel to client sites and branch locations.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or loan management software is a plus.
