Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and execute daily or weekly TikTok Live sessions that highlight new arrivals, seasonal collections, and promotional offers.
- Engage viewers in real‑time by answering product‑related questions, demonstrating clothing fit, and sharing styling tips.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live content with broader campaign calendars and sales objectives.
- Maintain a lively, friendly, and professional on‑camera presence that reflects the brand’s playful yet trustworthy image.
- Monitor live‑stream metrics (view count, comments, click‑through rates) and provide post‑session reports with actionable insights.
- Handle on‑the‑spot inventory queries, coordinate with the fulfillment team for real‑time stock updates, and encourage immediate purchases through in‑stream links.
- Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Assist in creating short‑form teaser videos and promotional graphics that drive traffic to upcoming live sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, aged 18‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience hosting live streams on TikTok or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey product details clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent adaptability and quick thinking to respond to live audience interactions.
- Basic knowledge of children’s fashion trends and the ability to suggest styling ideas.
