Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic Specialist Social Media – Digital Marketing & Community to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who thrives on shaping brand narratives, driving community engagement, and turning data‑driven insights into compelling social media campaigns. You will be the voice of our brand across multiple platforms, responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. We welcome applicants of all genders who hold at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) and have a minimum of one year of hands‑on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive content plan and editorial calendar aligned with business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Create high‑quality visual and written assets—including graphics, short‑form videos, carousel posts, and engaging captions—tailored to each platform’s best practices.
- Monitor social trends, hashtags, and emerging formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve and increase organic reach.
- Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community that feels heard and valued.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click‑through rate, and conversion metrics; generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (ads) to amplify reach, drive traffic, and support lead‑generation goals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure brand consistency and to integrate social insights into broader marketing strategies.
- Maintain a repository of best‑practice guidelines, content templates, and performance benchmarks for future reference.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience managing corporate social media accounts.
- Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
- Excellent written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a keen eye for detail and brand‑consistent tone.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable working with analytics platforms such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and native ad managers.
- Self‑starter attitude, able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
