Introduction

Group FIF is expanding its field collection team in the Indramayu area and is looking for a motivated Staff Penagihan Lapangan to join the operation. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact with customers who have overdue payments, visiting them directly at their homes or businesses to negotiate repayment solutions. This role is critical to maintaining the cash flow of the company while preserving a positive brand reputation in the community. Candidates must be able to work independently in the field, demonstrate strong communication skills, and handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned customer addresses based on the company’s schedule and database, ensuring timely follow‑up on overdue accounts.
  • Explain the terms of outstanding installments clearly, providing customers with a thorough understanding of their obligations and the consequences of continued delinquency.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements that are realistic for the customer while protecting the company’s financial interests, using persuasive and solution‑oriented techniques.
  • Document each visit in the company’s CRM or reporting system, capturing details of conversations, agreed payment plans, and any obstacles encountered.
  • Collaborate with the internal finance and customer service teams to verify payment receipts and resolve discrepancies quickly.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reinforcing the company’s commitment to respectful customer service.
  • Identify patterns of recurring late payments and provide feedback to management for potential process improvements or targeted customer education programs.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols while traveling in the field, including proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to local traffic regulations.
  • Report daily and weekly activity summaries to the supervising manager, highlighting successes, challenges, and any required escalations.
  • Assist in occasional community outreach events organized by Group FIF to strengthen brand loyalty and educate the public about responsible credit use.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 34 years.
  • Male gender as specified by the current posting.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn the company’s CRM system quickly.
  • Good physical stamina to travel across Indramayu, often covering long distances on a daily basis.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling customers’ financial information.
  • Preferred soft skills: empathy, active listening, problem‑solving, time management, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Technical skill mentions (e.g., ACLS, 3D Max) are not core to the role but indicate a willingness to learn new tools; candidates with these certifications will be viewed favorably.
