Introduction
The Business Partner – Petugas Lapangan will serve as the front‑line liaison between our organization and its network of partner merchants. This field‑based role focuses on promoting our product portfolio, conducting on‑site surveys of prospective partners, and ensuring timely collection of payments from existing partners. Responsibilities
- Conduct product socialisation sessions for potential and existing partners, clearly articulating value propositions and usage guidelines.
- Perform on‑site surveys of prospective partner locations, evaluating suitability, foot traffic, and compliance with brand standards.
- Gather and document partner data, including contact information, sales potential, and operational requirements, using company‑approved tools.
- Coordinate with the finance department to issue invoices, follow up on payment schedules, and ensure accurate receipt of funds from partner merchants.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to address queries, resolve issues, and nurture long‑term relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as new partner acquisition, payment collection rates, and feedback trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to relay field insights that can inform product enhancements and promotional strategies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while operating in various field locations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- No prior work experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple manner.
- Detail‑oriented mindset, ensuring accurate data capture and precise follow‑up on payment collections.
- Quick adaptability to changing schedules, partner needs, and market dynamics.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to the standard work schedule of Monday‑Friday, 07:30 – 18:00.
