Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient IT Staff to join our growing team in Bandar Lampung. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our corporate IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with a solid foundation in Windows‑based systems, networking, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve daily troubleshooting incidents related to internet connectivity, LAN performance, and network hardware.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows servers and desktop operating systems, ensuring timely updates, patches, and backups.
- Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and support software applications, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Implement and maintain basic cybersecurity measures, including antivirus deployment, firewall rule configuration, and routine vulnerability scanning.
- Document all incidents, solutions, and system changes in the IT ticketing system to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to assess technology needs, propose improvements, and provide end‑user training on best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects such as network expansion, server migrations, and disaster‑recovery testing.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate regular reports for management review.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP, router configuration, DHCP, DNS).
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, think critically, and deliver effective solutions under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical staff.

- Familiarity with basic cybersecurity tools such as antivirus software, firewalls, and security patches is essential.
