Responsibilities
All team members share a commitment to high‑quality service, cleanliness, and teamwork. Specific duties vary by role:
- Waiters (Male candidates)
- Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer food‑and‑beverage inquiries.
- Take accurate orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring correct temperature and presentation.
- Monitor table status, clear dishes, and perform timely table turnover.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and seek resolutions.
- Maintain knowledge of seafood preparation methods and wine pairings to enhance guest experience.
- Koki – Cook (Male candidates)
- Prepare, cook, grill, fry, and sauté a variety of seafood dishes according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, stored properly, and used before expiry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation complying with health regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage order flow during peak hours.
- Assist in menu development, suggesting new dishes or improvements.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report shortages to management.
- Train junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Kasir Warung – Cashier (Female candidates)
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system to process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, manage refunds, and balance cash drawers at shift end.
- Answer phone orders and coordinate take‑away pickups.
- Maintain a tidy front counter, restock promotional materials, and monitor stock of napkins, utensils, and condiments.
- Provide friendly assistance to guests waiting in line, answering menu questions when needed.
- Report any discrepancies or technical issues to the manager immediately.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Age: 20 – 38 years.

- Work Schedule: Monday‑Sunday, 11:30 AM – 11:30 PM (shifts may rotate).
