Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential borrowers, presenting Amartha’s capital‑access programs and guiding them through the application journey.
  • Conduct in‑field economic assessments for existing members, offering tailored financial counseling and monitoring household cash‑flow health.
  • Perform detailed feasibility surveys and credit‑worthiness analyses, adhering strictly to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate and execute the collection process, maintaining respectful communication with borrowers while achieving timely repayment rates.
  • Maintain accurate field reports, update the CRM system daily, and provide actionable insights to the regional manager on market trends and borrower behavior.
  • Collaborate with local community leaders and partner organizations to build trust, improve financial literacy, and foster a supportive ecosystem for small‑scale entrepreneurs.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, staying current on digital lending tools, regulatory changes, and best practices in micro‑finance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in business, economics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Age: 18–30 years (maximum 33 years as per company policy).
  • All genders are welcome; female candidates are especially encouraged.
  • Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel throughout the Parung district.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work outdoors daily, often in varying weather conditions.
  • Basic digital literacy—comfort with mobile apps, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or micro‑finance is advantageous but not mandatory.
