Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, monitoring repayment schedules and identifying overdue installments.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ residences or workplaces to discuss outstanding balances and negotiate mutually acceptable repayment arrangements.
- Provide clear, empathetic explanations of loan terms, payment options, and the consequences of default.
- Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with the credit and legal departments to flag high‑risk accounts and initiate appropriate escalation procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations, including consumer protection laws and internal compliance policies.
- Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Report field insights and trends to management, helping refine collection strategies and improve overall recovery rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a D3/S1 degree is highly preferred.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, credit control, or a related field.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
- Strong verbal communication abilities and a personable, dynamic demeanor.
- Willingness and enthusiasm for field‑based work, often requiring travel across the Aek Kanopan region.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and a valid Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with collection management systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goals and company policies.
