Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean all dishes, work surfaces, cooking equipment, and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Wash, peel, chop, and pre‑process ingredients to ensure they are ready for cooking or assembly.
  • Store raw and prepared ingredients properly, maintaining optimal temperature and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting shortages, and helping to replenish stock as needed.
  • Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sanitation, equipment usage, and emergency protocols.
  • Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs, line cooks, and service staff to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Participate in regular kitchen inspections and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of basic food‑handling and sanitation principles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 07:00 to 16:00.
  • Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving supplies throughout the shift.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Basic cooking skills and a willingness to learn new techniques.
