Responsibilities

- Develop and refine menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques to keep the offering fresh and appealing.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all kitchen operations comply with local health regulations.
- Manage inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of fresh produce.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and continuous learning.
- Assist in budgeting and cost‑control measures, minimizing waste while maximizing profitability.
- Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house personnel to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.

- Work diligently from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, adhering to the prescribed shift structure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) with relevant culinary certification.
- Demonstrated experience in professional kitchen settings; prior experience in a specialized cuisine is a strong advantage.
- Strong work ethic characterized by honesty, discipline, and punctuality.
- Polished personal presentation – neat, well‑groomed, and respectful appearance at all times.
- Availability to work exclusively for our organization; no concurrent employment or active university enrollment.
- Excellent teamwork abilities; proven capacity to collaborate effectively with chefs, line cooks, and service staff.
- Clear and confident communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Proficiency in culinary techniques, food plating, and menu development.
